Allina Health is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as System Medical Director for Senior Health and System Geriatrics. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for senior health services across the integrated system, while maintaining focus on geriatric clinical practice and exceptional patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and leaders to advance quality, safety, patient experience, and outcomes for older adults,

Competenze

• Doctoral/Ph.D. level degree in Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine.
• Completed a residency program as applicable to their clinical specialty

Mansioni

• Lead physician services operations across the service line, aligning with organizational goals and care standards.
• Oversee physician recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives to improve clinical outcomes.
• Partner with physicians and operational leaders to advance strategic priorities and system-wide initiatives.
• Manage financial performance, resource planning, and service line operations.
