Job summary

Valley Health System seeks a System Manager to lead Sterile Processing Services across the health system, including SPD, MSA, and RMD reprocessing. You will ensure safe, ready instruments and devices for surgical procedures, standardize operations, and optimize resources.

Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, you will drive compliance, quality improvements, and fiscal stewardship while coordinating across campuses and future locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related healthcare field.
• CRCST certification is required; CHL within two years of hire if not currently certified.
• CIS, CER and Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational leadership and management of Sterile Processing Services across Valley Health System.
• Standardize operations, optimize resources, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead quality outcomes, performance improvement, and fiscal stewardship across SPD platforms.
• Provide administrative oversight of equipment, inventories, maintenance programs, and vendor service agreements.
• Support long-range equipment replacement planning for all campuses.
