Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) seeks a System Integrator with TS/SCI w/ Poly to join the Chantilly, VA team. You will lead efforts to connect people and systems, drive multi-cloud initiatives, and coordinate with mission partners to meet evolving requirements.

You will document architecture, plan migrations, and keep projects on schedule while engaging across customer teams and senior stakeholders. Location is Chantilly, VA with potential cloud architecture moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IS/CS/Engineering and 5+ years in relevant work.
• Experience performing systems integration on large-scale technical projects or programs.
• Experience creating and maintaining systems and architecture documentation.
• Understanding of cloud services and integration of internal/external systems.
• Experience coordinating activities across diverse customers and advising senior customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems integration support across initiatives and perform horizontal integration.
• Conduct outreach to partner offices and build strategic relationships.
• Prepare cross-component system architecture documentation.
• Assess and document current site network configurations and advise on design.
• Develop migration proposals with action plans and timelines.
• Help establish configuration management systems and processes.
• Coordinate activities for customer program managers and teams.
• Ensure project solutions and schedules are delivered on time.
• Review strategic plans and propose corrective actions.
• Create and deliver program artifacts and deliverables.

We are actively hiring a System Integratorwith TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our teamworking in, Chantilly, VA. This includes a possible move to a multi-cloud architecture, managing growing customer requirements, and integrating with mission partners' data sources, applications, and technologies. You will connect people and systems across the organization: leading outreach to partner offices, documenting architecture, planning migrations, and keeping projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide systems integration support to multiple initiatives and perform horizontal integration across the organization.
• Conduct programmatic outreach to other offices on behalf of the customer, and build strategic working relationships with partner offices and components.
• Prepare cross-component system architecture documentation.
• Assess and document current site network configurations, and provide input on network design and implementation plans.
• Develop migration project proposals with a clear plan of action, level-of-effort estimate, and delivery timeline.
• Help establish configuration management systems.
• Coordinate activities for customer program managers and teams, and engage with the customer team on project execution.
• Make sure project solutions and schedules are implemented on time.
• Review strategic plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare deliverables such as presentations, strategies, requirements, status reports, plans, and ad-hoc documentation.
• Create and deliver program and project artifacts and deliverables.
• Support the customer's strategic and tactical planning activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience performing systems integration on large-scale technical projects or programs.
• Experience creating and maintaining systems and architecture documentation.
• Understanding of cloud services.
• Experience identifying integration points between internal and external systems.
• Experience integrating and coordinating activities across a diverse set of customers.
• Experience advising a team of senior customers.
• Ability to plan and deliver tailored communication to customers at all levels.
• Experience developing and reviewing deliverables such as presentations, strategies, studies, requirements, status reports, plans, and ad-hoc documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience planning or supporting a move to a multi-cloud architecture.
• Experience with network design and configuration management practices.
• Experience supporting AI or data programs.
• Prior experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
