Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Senior Mission Manager in Herndon, VA, to lead relationship and mission management across critical partnerships and support cyber operations. You will coordinate information, host meetings, and document requirements in alignment with policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years supporting the IC, familiarity with the cyber mission, and strong communication skills. This full-time role is based on site in Herndon with TS/SCI and poly requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting the IC.
• Familiarity with the cyber mission.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, managing multiple customer needs and requirements in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using customer tools for official cross-agency communication.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Host recurring meetings with your partners to ensure up-to-date mission support

• Formal documenting of ongoing requirements and efforts in alignment with specific policies and procedures
• Planning and execution of requirements in both short term and long term timelines
• Identify new partnerships and deconflict equities when needed

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Mission Managerwith a TS/SCI w/ poly to work in support of our Data and Systems Integration Division in Herndon, VA. This high-visibility team leads cutting-edge strategic partnerships throughout industry and the IC to support our nation’s biggest cyber threats.

The Senior Mission Manager will work closely with the customer and other members of the team, responsible for many of the following functions:

The proposed salary range for this job is $180 to $230k
