Job summary

Draper is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer 1 in Cambridge, MA. This role focuses on planning, executing, and managing I&T activities for complex systems, from initial concept through certification.

You will perform functional simulations, subsystem and system integration and test, and support V&V with cross-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 0–3 years of experience, with familiarity in LabVIEW, MATLAB, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• 0–3 years in systems engineering or related role.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and test is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage integration and test activities from concept to certification.
• Develop functional simulations and perform system-level verification and validation.
