Job summary

Daifuku Airport America Corporation is seeking a System Integration Technician to install and commission automated guidance vehicles and mobile robots at customer sites across the country. You will collaborate with engineers, perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and provide on-site support and training.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork with travel up to 80% including international sites.

Qualifications

• Two-year experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• AS degree in industrial/mechatronics/robotics or equivalent preferred.
• AGV/AMR, mobile robotics, automation or PLC integration experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 80% (including international travel).

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration of AGVs, AMRs and peripheral equipment at customer locations.
• On-site system installation, testing, debugging, commissioning and support.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and mechanical components of AGVs/AMRs.
• Provide installation supervision and customer training on operation/maintenance.
• Create/improve documentation and procedures for maintenance and integration.
• Create daily field reports and maintenance logs for projects.
• Collaborate with system engineers and design teams across projects.
• Identify issues impacting quality, scope, timing and cost; propose improvements.
