Qualifications

• Familiarity with interfaces, alarms/faults, message flows, and configuration-driven behavior.
• Strong troubleshooting, evidence gathering, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to on-site testing facilities (White, GA) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, configuration, and commissioning of automated systems and subsystems across development, test, and operational environments.
• Assist with system validation through bench testing, simulation, emulation, and field verification.
• Execute test procedures, document results, and help identify defects and improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, telemetry, and configuration changes to isolate root causes.
• Help define and maintain interfaces between software, controls, devices, and external systems.
• Contribute to documentation such as system overviews, interface descriptions, configuration guides, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure safety, performance, and usability.
• Assist with early deployments, pilots, and transition-to-support activities.
• Support continuous improvement in monitoring, diagnostics, and support processes.
