Description

Resume Must Haves:

1. Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice to support migration efforts to Microsoft Teams voice platform.
2. Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms such as Five9, NICE, Genesys or Cisco.
3. The ability to work with the business to gather business requirements.
4. Not just understand the how, but also the why, when, and why not of telephony service delivery in support of business process and goals.
5. Develop telecommunication solutions to address user needs.
6. Prepare detailed specifications, flowcharts, and end-to-end Visio designs for implementation of telephony solutions.
7. Maintain telephony related hardware, software, and infrastructure.
8. Monitor, log, track, and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure deficiencies and note weaknesses or tendencies toward failure.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Migration of legacy phone systems into Microsoft Teams Voice.
2. TDM, IP-PBX, and VM/UM integration.
3. PRI, Digital, Analog, VOIP, IP Telephony, POE, H323, SIP (station and trunking).
4. PSTN connectivity – ISP provisioning/management.
5. Ability to design, administer, troubleshoot, and support dial-plans and call flows/vectors.
6. Deployment of Microsoft Teams in a complex enterprise environment.
7. QOS/COS traffic shaping/bandwidth throttling, monitoring, packet capture and analysis, and troubleshooting IP voice issues.
8. Understanding of Number Porting.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
