Purple Hires Inc. in Fremont, CA, is seeking a System Engineer to translate customer requirements into subsystem specs and define architecture.

You will coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Software teams to develop interfaces and ensure system performance. In this role you will support system integration, verification and validation activities for semiconductor capital equipment, and you will work closely with Manufacturing and end customers to troubleshoot and integrate

Formación

• System Engineering and requirements management experience.
• Experience with system architecture and specifications.
• Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
• Cross-domain engineering exposure across Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Software.
• Experience with system integration and troubleshooting of complex machines.
• Strong technical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Convert customer requirements into subsystem requirements.
• Define system specifications and architecture.
• Develop hardware/software interface definitions and system performance requirements.
• Support system integration and machine bring-up activities.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Software engineering teams.
• Execute design verification and validation activities.
• Perform reliability engineering, DOE, and reliability testing.
• Support products and interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and end customers.
• Troubleshoot and integrate complex machine systems.
