Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
10–15 years engineering experience; senior level preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead system architecture, requirements definition, and product specifications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, software, controls, process, and manufacturing.
Drive system integration, verification, validation, and performance optimization.
Conduct risk assessments, root-cause investigations, and reliability improvements.
Support development from concept through commercialization and manufacturing transfer.
