Salary Range: $220,000-$265,000
Location: Ft. Meade, MD
A seasoned systems/network engineer with over 20 hands on years’ experience preferably in an intelligence community environment. The candidate should have experience with CISCO switches, routers and firewalls, dell and other servers, network laptops, network debug and analysis tools such as Wirehsark and Tripwire. The candidate should also have experience with devices such as Palo Alto, Haipe or other security appliances.
Salary ranges are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to: Knowledge, skills, & abilities, Years of experience, Education/Certifications, Program placement, Duties & responsibilities, and Internal equity. More detailed information will be provided once those factors are known and addressed.
40 hours is the standard workweek. Some programs may allow additional hours to be worked as needed. A limited number of programs have on-call requirements where compensation is provided for being engaged to wait. In all circumstances, technical employees will be paid for all time worked.
All billable employees are eligible to earn quarterly bonuses that are based on the number of hours worked for that period. This hourly requirement is roughly 92% of hours available to bill in a given quarter. Quarterly Hours Bonuses are paid out on the same payroll as the time worked in that prior quarter (typically 21 days after the quarter ends.)
