Job summary

You will interact directly with hyperscalers and OEMs, bridging GaN/Si design with production deployment and market requirements.

You will characterize devices, build and validate evaluation platforms, and collaborate with TI teams to deliver optimized, manufacturable solutions at a competitive price.

Qualifications

• Experience with GaN power FETs and SR FETs in datacenter or power-supply contexts.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong aptitude for modeling and simulation (SPICE, SIMPLIS).
• Direct engagement with tier-1 OEMs and design-in activities.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and benchmark GaN FETs and SRFETs against competitive solutions.
• Develop simulation and analytical models; align with silicon behavior.
• Author application notes, reference designs, and performance reports for customers.
• Provide direct technical support to datacenter OEMs, ODMs, and power supply manufacturers.
