Responsibilities
OTA & Policy Development
Establish and maintain OTA requirements for battery programs.
Write, maintain, and optimize ADA policies for assigned battery programs.
Validate prototype policies in vehicles, ensuring connectivity and capability in development stages.
Predictive Maintenance & Optimization
Perform data monitoring, analysis, and calibration/software optimization to enable predictive maintenance and prognostics.
Drive continuous improvements in battery health monitoring and lifecycle management.
Build and manage dashboards in Databricks, Power BI, and Python for fleet data management.
Generate insights from fleet-level battery performance data to inform design and service strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with hardware, software, connectivity, and service teams to ensure robust OTA and diagnostic solutions.
Support technical reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
