Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced systems engineer to apply systems engineering principles across various life cycle phases. The role involves interacting with customers and ensuring the technical integrity and quality of work.
Candidates should have at least 15 years of systems engineering experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree. An active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is also mandatory. The position is onsite in Maryland.
Nightwing provides advanced full‑ spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services to meet our customers’ most demanding challenges. Our capabilities include cyber space operations, cyber defense and resiliency, vulnerability research, ubiquitous technical surveillance, data intelligence, lifecycle mission enablement, and software modernization.
Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the customer regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, customer overseers, and senior executives. Responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed. Performs systems engineering activities and assists in preparing a work product in technical process areas. Performs analysis of technical alternatives for a project and makes preliminary recommendations.

The salary associated with this position ($122,000 - $253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
