Apply systems engineering principles across all phases of the systems life cycle – Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interact with customers on technical engineering considerations, resolve issues and conflicts, and communicate effectively with program personnel, overseers, and senior executives. Ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of all work performed. Conduct analysis of technical alternatives, recommend solutions, and assist in preparing work products in the Technical Process Areas.
