Job summary

Nightwing seeks qualified candidates for systems engineering and technical roles supporting U.S. government missions in cyber, data operations, and systems integration.

The team works across the full life cycle from concept to retirement with emphasis on technical integrity and stakeholder collaboration. Applicants should have a degree in engineering or related fields and background in building and evaluating complex systems; TS/SCI with poly is required for consideration.

Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the customer regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, customer overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed.

Salary & Benefits:

• The salary associated with this position ($64,000 - $128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
• Nightwing offers medical, vision and dental insurance coverage in addition to a 401k plan, PTO, Holidays and additional insurances.
• Employee Referral Award Eligibility: ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the Referral Awarding.
• The salary associated with this position ($64,000-$128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
