Job summary

Solerity, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to support a mission-critical ICAM system. You will deploy Docker containers into Kubernetes clusters and coordinate with multiple teams to integrate web apps, services, and databases while maintaining high availability.

You will monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide after-hours support as needed. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with Linux (CentOS/RedHat).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Harbor, LDAP/AD, and JBoss.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud automation.
• Knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation and Ansible.
• VMware VCenter and patching experience.
• PKI and certificate management experience.
• Scripting in Python or Bash; ability to automate tasks.
• IAVA patching and OS/Software patching experience.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/GitLab; strong communication.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is for System Administrator support for development and production environments for a mission critical Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. Responsibilities include creating, configuring, and deploying docker containers into Kubernetes clusters. This position will be responsible for coordination with multiple development teams to integrate web applications, Web services, databases, and directories in order to provide and maintain fully operational, highly available enterprise level services. This will also include monitoring the operational services and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Experience with:
• o Linux (Centos, RedHat)
• o Docker
• o Kubernetes
• o Harbor
• o Directories (LDAP and/or active directory)
• o Application Servers (JBOSS)
• o AWS Cloud Computing Services (VPC, EC2, AWS CLI, S3)
• o Cloud automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
• o Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines (VCenter/VMWare)
• o PKI Experience (e.g., x.509, general certificate management processes and certificate lifecycle management)
• o Scripting languages (e.g., Python, bash, etc.)
• o OS and Software application patching (e.g., IAVA, Version updates)
• o Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
• o Networking/Load Balancing/Proxy
• o Databases (e.g. Oracle, Mongo)
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to provide after-hours call-in support.
• Ability to obtain privileged access.
