Job summary

Alined Consulting Group in Waltham, MA is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to own and operate enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, virtualization, backups, and cloud environments. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on reliability, DR testing, and improving operational efficiency.

You will manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Nutanix virtualization, Rubrik backups, and AWS/Azure resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting procedures

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience managing virtualization infrastructure and Windows/Linux VMs.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
• Working knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage infrastructure systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
