Job summary

RESI S.p.A. is seeking a qualified candidate for a system administration role based in the Town of Italy, New York. The ideal candidate will manage complex operational systems, with responsibilities including maintenance, design, and evolution of various platforms.

The role requires expertise in both Linux and Windows, as well as knowledge of scripting languages and network protocols. A degree in Computer Engineering or related fields is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage and configure operating systems: Linux and Windows
• Experience in managing and configuring servers: ssh, sftp, dhcp, dns
• Knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Bash, Go
• Knowledge of network protocols
• Understanding of concepts and tools for managing proxy/reverse proxy and load balancers
• Knowledge of virtualized environments: VMware ESXi / vCenter
• Knowledge of microservices architectures: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Proven experience in similar roles
