StaffBright is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer in Milwaukee, WI to support design, integration, and validation of complex electrical and control systems. This hands-on role requires collaboration across multiple subsystems and ownership of technical responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in Systems Engineering within power generation or related fields, with strong Modbus/SCADA knowledge and a proven troubleshooting mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Systems preferred).
  • 2–3+ years of Systems Engineering experience in power generation, energy, electrical power, controls, or similar complex environments.
  • Experience with system architecture and integration involving electrical systems, power conversion, controls/SCADA, or interconnected subsystems.
  • Experience defining technical requirements, specifications, system interfaces, and supporting system-level design and validation.
  • Working knowledge of industrial communications such as Modbus and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for an engineer who can work across multiple interconnected systems, define technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure solutions meet customer and performance requirements.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define technical requirements, specifications, system interfaces, and integration requirements.

What We Need From You:
