Strattec Security Corporation in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is looking for a technical leader to oversee embedded systems development. This role requires a BSEE or equivalent with three years of experience in automotive embedded systems. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring adherence to development processes.

Lead systems development activities including overall design of system architecture, customer technical interface, requirements analysis/allocation, coordination of development activities with personnel at different global sites, integration and debug of products on the benches and vehicles.
Although the position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities, technical and project leadership skills are essential to lead the global project team.
Education and/or Experience
Language Skills
Good oral and written English language skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret highly technical design documents. Ability to write technical documents, development processes and procedures, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively represent information and respond to questions in a meeting environment. Additional Spanish, German, Korean and Mandarin language skills would be valued.
Problem Solving
Self-starter. The candidate must possess strong analytical capability. Possesses excellent problem solving skills as evidenced by adherence to disciplined problem solving methods resulting in solid solutions to kill the issue.
