Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing, pharmacy, medicine, quality engineering or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's degree: Preferred
• Seven years' related experience: Preferred
• Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
• Certified Professional in Patient Safety: Required
• Just Culture Certification: Preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification: Preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees the optimization of the high reliability platform workflows across patient safety and related modules.
• Implements and mentors a patient safety curriculum and competency programs focusing on high reliability practices.
• Leads culture of safety surveys and action plans to assess and improve AH safety culture.
• Coordinates CMS safety structure measures, Leapfrog safety, and regulatory reporting programs.
• Develops metrics and dashboards to drive improvement and health disparities reduction.
