Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation, wound care, and sports medicine services across multiple sites.
• Lead and develop a large team (142 FTEs, 7 direct reports) and ensure staff competency.
• Manage annual budgets for acute rehab, wound care and outpatient services; ensure alignment with system goals.
