Job summary
Northwoods Rehab is seeking a Therapy Director to lead rehabilitation services within our Minnesota facility. You will manage a clinical caseload while directing staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an allied health field or comparable skilled nursing experience.
- Current state licensure and/or certification/registry as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage rehabilitation services with a clinical caseload.
- Recruit and retain rehabilitation staff.
- Provide orientation and on‑the‑job training for rehabilitation personnel.
- Promote open communication and problem solving.
- Conduct staff performance reviews.
- Oversee rehabilitation operations at the facility level.
- Ensure compliance with MDH SNF standards and other agencies.
- Coordinate billing reconciliation with finance.
- Identify community program needs and initiate appropriate programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
