Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a System Dialysis RN to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. The RN will coordinate and provide direct nursing care for patients, working with families and the care team to ensure quality care.
The ideal candidate has a Nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS and other certifications may be required depending on area.

Summary: The RN - Dialysis shall be responsible to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. This individual shall coordinate, delegate, and provide direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members. The RN is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of the activities of dialysis nursing personnel in order to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 1 year nursing experience required.
Active RN licensure required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, Chemo, ONCC, etc.) may be required depending upon area assigned.
