Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality patient care. The RN will use the nursing process in assessments, planning, and care interventions, and will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians.
Additional duties may be assigned within scope. Requirements include a nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for the general supervision and coordination of activities of nursing personnel on shift, and during weekends and holidays, in order to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This individual will utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions. The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
Active RN licensure required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned.
