Qualifications

• 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Experience programming with modern languages (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
• Experience deploying and supporting mechatronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain control software applications for mechatronic systems using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and deployment strategies to ensure code quality and reliable integration.
• Develop and optimize motion control algorithms, embedded programs, and real-time control systems for industrial automation.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring and continuous improvement of software performance and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
• 25% travel expected to support onsite system testing.
