Job summary

Amazon AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable security automation for data centers. You will apply agentic AI to workflows, partner with cross functional teams, and help deliver reliable, self-service tooling that keeps services secure and efficient.

You will learn best practices, review designs, and trade off cost and impact while handling tickets across products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby).
  • Experience with automation tools for building, testing, releasing or monitoring.

You will bring agentic AI and automation to workflows that today rely on manual effort. Your work will directly support systems that anticipate and resolve operational issues before they reach our customers, delivering a seamless, self-service experience for the teams who keep our data centers secure.
