Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. (CHC) manages QNXT and NetworX configurations to support Texas Medicaid and other programs. The role leads a team, maintains system performance and ensures regulatory compliance for health plan operations.

The position emphasizes staff development, process improvement, and collaboration with Leadership to implement new initiatives for CHC departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related area.
• 3 years in configuration or application support.
• Healthcare/payor experience preferred; Texas Medicaid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and solutions development for CHC applications. Ensure design, deployment and sustainment of business solutions.
• Guide staff, manage performance, and document processes with audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with leadership to monitor regulations and implement changes.
• Support major implementation projects and organize project teams and resources.
• Contribute to departmental goals and process improvement initiatives.
