Shape the Future of System Compliance
As SCCO, you will be the principal architect behind the integration of two previously independent compliance departments into a single, unified compliance program. This is a rare and powerful opportunity to design, implement, and lead every aspect of a modern, system-wide compliance structure—bringing together teams, aligning processes, and building a strong foundation of trust and accountability across the enterprise.
You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors and executive leadership, driving the system’s approach to privacy, regulatory standards, and ethical conduct across nine hospitals, more than 20 regional partnerships, and a workforce of 9,000+ employees and 1,200 providers.
A Role That Requires Proven Excellence
This role demands a seasoned leader with a minimum of 10 years of progressive executive leadership in healthcare compliance and privacy, specifically within a large hospital or hospital system. This level of experience is absolutely essential and directly tied to a candidate’s ability to lead at this scale.
You’ll oversee compliance efforts that impact over 600,000 residents across 40,000 square miles, ensuring both operational excellence and patient trust are upheld at every level.
