Oddball is seeking a System Architect to lead the CMS team for a Medicare Part A claims system on a COBOL mainframe. You will own the technical integrity and oversee integration with cloud-based services on AWS, while guiding architectural standards.
The ideal candidate has deep COBOL/CICS/VSAM experience, familiarity with Java and API patterns, and proven remote collaboration skills in a federal-facing environment. This is a fully remote role with federal contracting constraints.
