Renesas Electronics is seeking a System Applications Engineer for the Performance Core Power line. A new Electrical Engineering graduate will support evaluation, design-in, and qualification of high‑performance DC‑DC converters for server and infrastructure applications.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers across geographies. Your role includes lab validation, PDN simulations, circuit simulations for development, and producing design documentation and guidelines.

Formación

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 0–2 years in power management.
• Power electronics-focused education and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with multi‑phase Buck regulators and digitally controlled PMU products.
• Python or C a plus and hands-on lab experience with test equipment.
• Knowledge of DC/DC topologies and schematic/PCB review is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Product validation and characterization in the lab.
• PDN simulations in power integrity tools.
• Simulations of power converter circuits for development and issue resolution.
• Technical documentation to assist customers.
• Schematic capture/review and PCB layout reviews of evaluation boards.
