Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or modeling platforms.
• Experience with machine testing and validation.
• Technical writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Developing advanced machine expertise through structured observation of equipment behavior.
• Collaborating with customers to define and refine machine requirements.
• Evaluating hydraulic system performance by correlating data, conditions and feedback.
• Creating technical recommendations balancing customer expectations and engineering reality.
• Lead multidisciplinary efforts to enhance machine-level synergistic performance.
• Responsible for ensuring machine solutions harmonize across hydraulic, electronic, mechanical and conceptual domains.
• Analyzing performance trends to distinguish normal variation from unusual variation.
