The role involves assisting with validation and debugging, collecting lab data, and collaborating with customers and internal teams. Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in system validation, hardware bring‑up, or technical customer support.
• Basic understanding of system hardware and firmware interaction.
• Familiarity with high‑speed interfaces and protocols such as PCIe, SerDes, I2C, and JTAG.
• Experience working with firmware or SDKs for system configuration, debug, or validation.
• Hands‑on experience with lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer system bring‑up, including hardware, firmware, and SDK integration.
• Assist with system validation, lab testing, and post‑silicon characterization.
• Collect and analyze lab data to evaluate system robustness and operating margins.
• Perform basic HSIO testing (signal integrity checks, eye diagrams, BER).
• Help debug customer issues across HW/FW/SDK boundaries.
