Experience implementing, administering, and supporting Tanium (Core, Asset, Deploy, Discover, Patch, Provision) or comparable endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM.
Highly experienced creating, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software packages and application deployments, including lifecycle management, version control, deployment validation, and troubleshooting.
End-Of-Life and vulnerability software remediation.
Strong experience managing enterprise environments across multiple locations.
Advanced scripting and automation skills, particularly PowerShell.
Experience with enterprise monitoring and performance management tools such as Datadog, ControlUp, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, IP networking concepts and design, Endpoint and infrastructure security best practices, Intel-based workstation and server hardware, Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies, Virtualization technologies, System monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting as it relates to system management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced operational environments.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
