Qualifications

• Associate degree in CIS or related field with relevant experience or certifications.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and align solutions with business needs.
• Experience maintaining system reliability and supporting technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, and related tools.
• Ability to document configurations, processes, and service records clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new software applications to increase productivity.
• Develop in-house software enhancements for existing applications to improve efficiency.
• Maintain security audits of network and servers to protect NEC systems.
• Identify and resolve system issues with department managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and service records.
