Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support dental imaging applications and practice management software. You will serve as a liaison between dental practices, internal IT, and external vendors to ensure clinical systems run smoothly and meet business needs.

You will help with software implementations, updates, and integrations, while coordinating with teams across locations. This role offers full-time, fully remote work with travel as needed and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with dental or clinical imaging software such as Dexis, CS Imaging, Sidexis, Romexis, Apteryx, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting two or more dental practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, WinOMS, TDO).
• Background in software implementations, version upgrades, system conversions, or application rollouts.
• Experience troubleshooting applications and coordinating resolutions with technical teams and software vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot dental imaging platforms (e.g., Dexis and similar imaging apps).
• Manage and support dental practice management systems, including updates and configuration changes.
• Coordinate software implementations, upgrades, data conversions, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical staff, and vendors to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Assist with evaluating software solutions and vendor comparisons.
• Coordinate rollout and standardization of practice management apps across locations.
• Gather requirements from clinical teams and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop user documentation and training materials to support adoption.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and outstanding issues.
• Provide end-user support and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Assist with implementing patient communication platforms and other clinical apps.

$60,000-$70,000 annually (flexibility for highly qualified candidates)

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday. Fully remote with up to 50% travel as needed (approximately two weeks per month during implementation periods).
