This role is a System Analyst at Storm2, focusing on Financial Institution (FI) integrations to bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring onboarding and performance of FI partners on the platform.

Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

The Opportunity

They’re looking for a System Analyst specializing in FI integrations to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding and performance of FI partners on their platform.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Financial Institutions to gather and define technical requirements and business flows for integration.
• Collaborate with Development, Solutions, and Product teams to design scalable integration solutions aligned with the product roadmap.
• Lead the end-to-end integration process, from initial discovery through testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze existing integrations, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and improved reliability.

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a System Analyst, Integration Specialist, or Technical Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
• Experience working at a financial institution or fintech company
• Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to technical and non-technical partners
• Confident interfacing with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
• Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative and proactive manner
• Strong problem-solving mindset; curious and self-driven
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in distributed, international environments or startup settings in e-commerce, payments, or fraud is a plus
