Job summary

cyberThink in Lansing, MI is seeking a System Analyst for a 10-11 month contract with hybrid work options. You will analyze business requirements, evaluate systems, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and processes.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in systems analysis, information systems, application support, or related IT disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements management, work tracking, and project collaboration.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong experience creating technical specifications, workflows, process documentation, and reports.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system implementation, and support processes.
• Understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, and application architectures.
• Experience supporting business process improvement, system modernization, and technology planning initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, training, and customer service abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.
