Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Applications team. You will own enterprise applications, participate in ERP initiatives, and drive reporting and process improvements across a multi-site operation.

You will support Dynamics 365 and Acumatica, develop Power BI reports, and perform data analyses to optimize systems and workflows. Collaboration with vendors and stakeholders is essential for successful deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience building reports with Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core business applications.
• Lead Dynamics 365 rollout phases and future system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues and perform root cause analysis with SQL.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and support ad hoc reporting needs.
• Gather requirements and identify automation/AI opportunities to improve processes.
• Create SOPs, user guides, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors on integrations, upgrades, and support.
• Deliver system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple units.
• Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

THE ROLE

Take ownership of business applications and help drive digital transformation across the business:

• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core business applications
• Play a key role in the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout and future system enhancements
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, performing root cause analysis using SQL
• Build and maintain reports using Power BI while supporting ad hoc business reporting requests
• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation
• Partner with external vendors on integrations, upgrades, and application support
• Deliver system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM experience
• Strong SQL skills, including troubleshooting and data analysis
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Knowledge of business process improvement and requirements gathering
• Comfortable managing vendors and working with business stakeholders
• Experience delivering application implementations, upgrades, or migrations
• Acumatica experience is a plus
• Snowflake experience is desirable
• Exposure to Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is beneficial
