You'll recommend technologies and approaches to improve platform security, stability, reliability and compliance with security controls. You'll recommend improvements and architecture changes to dramatically improve speed and performance. You'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You'll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. You Have

• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS
• Experience with GIT
• Experience managing virtual machines and VMware ESXi
• Knowledge of Linux firewalls, Linux RPMs, networking configuration, and DNS
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a CS or IT field and 5+ years of experience with systems or network administration, or 10+ years of experience with systems or network administration in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Compliant Certification within 60 days of start date

• Experience with AWS
• Experience managing systems using Infrastructure as Code technologies, including Salt, Ansible, Puppet, PowerShell, Chef, or Terraform
• Experience with Python

Compensation

Salary ranges from $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 annually, based on location, qualifications, and experience. The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
