Job summary

Esprow is seeking a skilled System Administrator to maintain and upgrade our technology infrastructure across software, hardware, and networks. You will ensure stable operations, security, and documentation while supporting cloud and on‑prem environments.

The ideal candidate has strong Windows/Linux experience, Hyper‑V, Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune, and solid networking knowledge. A mix of onsite and remote work is offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Proficiency with virtualization, primarily Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and Enterprise App Deployment.
• Solid networking experience (firewalls, routing, VPN, VLANs, ACLs).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Stack (Jira/Confluence).
• Experience with backup/recovery tools or services.
• Basic RDBMS administration and SQL skills.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity and automation.
• Strong English language skills.
• Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates.
• BSc/Ba in IT or CS; professional certifications are a plus.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with backup/recovery software tools or services.
• Basic RDBMS administration and SQL skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for task automation.
• Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Codex, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity, automate routine administrative tasks, assist with scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and system administration where appropriate.
• Strong English language skills (company's official language).
• Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates.
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, or networking certifications) is a plus.

Bonus Skills (optional, but would be a plus)

• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, Digital Ocean).
• Mikrotik expertise (firewall, VPN, mangle, site‑to‑site tunnels).
• Basic DevOps skills (Git/SVN, Jenkins, Docker).
• Familiarity with website management control panels (CloudFlare, cPanel).
• Web application security knowledge.
