We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who would support one of our clients located in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Job Description:

The System Administrator (SA) Skill Level 2 provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem diagnosis and resolution. Communicates status updates to management and customers. Supports hardware and system issues, configuring and managing UNIX and Windows OS, troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements for reliability and performance.

Responsibilities include:

Position is immediate and long-term. Shift: 10pm-6am, Monday-Friday.
Training: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm.

Salary: $104k - $180k, based on experience and contract.
