Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• With an associate or bachelor’s degree, 8 years of experience required; without degree, 10 years.
• Experience must include direct work in Information Technology performing System Administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration of the Company's Control Center infrastructure.
• Configure software, maintain documentation, and manage change control processes.
• Support and ensure compliance with NERC-CIP standards and policies.
• Respond to help desk issues and provide proactive system improvements.
