Job summary

Unisity, LLC is seeking a Level 2 System Administrator to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. The role requires DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification and an active TS/SCI clearance.

The candidate will manage daily IT system operations, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and troubleshoot across client/server/storage and network devices. Strong Linux/Unix/Windows skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of SA experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems.
• Own day-to-day operations and configuration of IT systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot, monitor and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Analyze escalated tickets and communicate status to management and customers.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems; maintain system integrity and performance.
