Job summary

IWCO is seeking a System Administrator I to support the maintenance, security, and day-to-day operation of its computer systems and technology infrastructure. This role collaborates with System Administrators across multiple facilities to ensure reliable IT services for production operations.

You will monitor system availability, participate in on-call rotations, and work with vendors and customers to meet IWCO policies. On-site at least 5 days a week with potential remote work based on workload.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of work experience troubleshooting systems/PCs.
• A+ / Network+ or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system availability, performance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking.
• Implement objectives set by Support & Services Manager.
• Interact with vendors and customers regarding IWCO systems.
• Ensure IT procedures meet company expectations and compliance.
• Maintain quality standards for customer service per IWCO policy.
• Suggest improvements to IT department processes.
• Support production-critical systems on shop floor (PCs, printers, barcode scanners).
• Administer 365/Entra ID accounts and licenses under senior staff direction.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects and tickets.
• Occasionally perform other duties as assigned.
