The System Administrator I is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure by providing technical support, administering Windows server environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, networking systems, and enterprise applications. This role monitors system performance, resolves technical issues, supports technology projects, and assists with system maintenance, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities. The System Administrator I works collaboratively with IT team members, vendors, and end users to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services while delivering excellent customer support and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
