A leading healthcare organization in Reno seeks a System Administrator-Finance to manage their Financial Performance Management System. This role involves user administration, data accuracy checks, and system enhancements. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in financial management or information systems, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The position supports remote and hybrid working options, providing flexibility in the workplace.
Position Purpose
The System Administrator-Finance supports the daily and ongoing maintenance, content, configuration, and administration of the organization’s Financial Planning & Analysis platform.
The platform includes modules for Management Reporting, Productivity, Long Range and Short-Range Financial Planning, Budgeting, Capital Planning, Capital Tracking, and Benchmarking.
The System Administrator-Finance acts as the key liaison for the system, providing technical support and training to end-users. This role also performs clerical functions to support the Financial Planning & Analysis department.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Equivalent experience may substitute for education.
Experience: At least two years in accounting, financial management, or information systems. Preference for candidates experienced in report writing, database design, advanced Excel, or accounting.

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to access online learning, forms, policies, and benefits platforms.
