Cymertek Corporation is seeking a proactive System Administrator to join our IT team in Tysons, VA. You will manage servers, networks, and critical systems, ensuring secure, efficient operation and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities include system updates, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing new technologies. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship often required for federal contracting roles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience with cloud-based systems management.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with network configurations and monitoring.
• Familiarity with system performance tuning.

Responsibilities
