Job summary

Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a System Administrator for a 6+ month engagement. You will participate in on-call rotations and manage access across AD, Linux, and MySQL, while coordinating deployments and production changes.

The ideal candidate has a degree or 3 years of data center support, excellent communication with vendors, and strong troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Jira, Nagios, Splunk, Perforce, Git, Python, and Ansible is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or 3 years of data center support experience.
• Experience managing user accounts and password resets in Active Directory or similar systems.
• Excellent communication with management, vendors and partners.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with vendor sessions.
• Knowledge of SFTP/FTP and authentication/authorization protocols.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticket systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Splunk.
• Knowledge of Perforce, Git, Python, and Ansible.
• Problem solving attitude and team spirit.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-call rotation
• Manage user access on various systems (such as Active Directory, Linux, Mysql)
• Handle code deployment in all environments
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors/failures
• Troubleshoot access issues on Vudu's systems by internal associates or partners
• Submit production change tickets and Collect Change Control Board approvals for production changes
• Other systems admin tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience with data center support.
